CSG is a booking platform operated that connects fans with celebrities for real, in-person experiences. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when you use our website, create an account, book a meet & greet, order a fan card, or contact us.

02Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use CSG:
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Recovery information — the security questions and answers you set up when registering.
- Booking details — which celebrity you want to meet, the date and location, the number of guests, and any notes you add.
- Fan card details — the name you want printed on the card and the photo you upload for it.
- Payment proof — screenshots or photos of your payment confirmation and the payment method you used.
- Communications — messages you send us through support or email.
Information we collect automatically
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Usage information about which pages you visit on CSG and how long you spend on them.
- A session cookie that keeps you logged in while you browse.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide our services — creating your account, processing bookings, generating fan cards, and confirming your payments.
- To coordinate meet & greets — sharing your name, contact details, and booking information with the celebrity or their management team so the event can happen.
- To communicate with you — sending booking confirmations, payment status updates, ticket information, and support responses.
- To keep the platform safe — detecting fraud, abuse, and misuse; protecting the security of our users.
- To improve CSG — understanding how people use the platform so we can make it better.
- To comply with the law — responding to lawful requests from regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required.
05Payment information
CSG does not process card payments directly. When you pay for a booking or fan card, you send the payment through a third-party service — such as PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Revolut, a bank transfer, or crypto (Bitcoin, USDT). Those services have their own privacy policies and terms, and we encourage you to read them.
To confirm your payment, we ask you to upload a screenshot or photo of your payment confirmation. We store this receipt along with the payment method you selected, the amount, and the date. We use it only to verify your payment and maintain a record of the transaction.
We never ask for, and you should never send us, your card number, PIN, online banking password, or wallet seed phrase. If anyone claiming to represent CSG asks for these, please report it to us immediately.
07How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account information — for as long as your account is active.
- Booking and fan card records — as long as needed to provide ongoing services (a lifetime fan card is stored indefinitely) and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Payment receipts — for a minimum of 7 years, to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
- Security and fraud data — for as long as needed to protect our platform and users.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal information except where we are legally required to keep it.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances.
- Portability — request your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

09How we protect your data
We take the security of your information seriously. Some of the measures we use:
- Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing — we never store them in plain text and cannot recover them.
- Security answers are also hashed, so they cannot be read even by our team.
- All connections to CSG use HTTPS encryption.
- Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to do their job.
- We regularly review our systems for vulnerabilities and update them promptly.
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact us immediately.
10Children's privacy
CSG is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Some meet & greets may have minimum age requirements set by the celebrity or their team. These will be listed at the time of booking.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a clear notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Your continued use of CSG after a change to this policy means you accept the updated version. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
